The Lord may be doing a new thing but most people don’t like change. If you know that change is needed but is likely to meet with resistance, this is an opportunity to consider some simple principles that you can apply to your situation. We will look at motivation for change and consider the consequences of doing nothing. How can you bring on board as many people as possible to work together with good humour and good grace? Plus – how to stay cool when things don’t quite go to plan….
This day will particularly benefit anyone who is thinking about ho to implement change, both welcome and really rather unwelcome.
In over twenty years working at the BBC, Bernadette managed a wide variety of projects and partnerships.
