What do we do with the information you provide us?

We need to ask you for some personal information when you book with Wydale, such as your address, phone number and email address in order that we can complete your booking efficiently.  We also hope that you might want to stay in touch with Wydale and receive our news and prayer letters on a regular basis. We will not send you regular news and prayer letters unless you specifically request us to do and and you will be able to opt out of receiving them at any point.

Wydale is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, rent or give any of this information to anyone else, except in the following instances:

1. The user has requested that we share his or her information in order to provide them with the service they wish to use, or the products they wish to order.

Wydale Hall collects information from our users in a variety of different ways for two reasons: to process customer bookings and to provide our users with the best possible service. All information is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will only hold your personal information for the duration necessary to allow us to provide the service you have requested or for any additional period as required by law.

We may use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users’ movements and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We also use our page counters to monitor movement across our site.

This privacy policy only covers our website.  Any other websites which may be linked to our website are subject to their own policy. Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over those other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. What we would also like to do with your data

We would however like to use your name and email address to inform you of our future offers and similar products. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone, email or our website. You can join the Wydale mailing list by filling in the form on the front page of our website.  We will not send you information unless you have told us that you wish to receive it.

Security

Wydale takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via this website it is protected both online and offline. All of our users' information is restricted in our offices. All of our databases are encrypted and password protected. Furthermore, ALL staff members are kept up to date in our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.
