How confident do you feel about sharing Christ’s story? Whether the idea of sharing the Gospel with others fills you with worry or whether you’re full of excitement at the idea, this day will help Christians of all traditions talk about their own story of faith with confidence. We will look at how God has been present in our lives, how we can talk about this confidently, and we can join in with God at work in the world around us.

Dr Elli Wort is Head of Initial Training at Church Army, where she leads the team who train Commissioned Evangelists for the Anglican church across the UK and Ireland. Co-author of Fuzzy Church: Gospel and Culture in the North of England, she studied for her PhD on theology and culture in Hull City of Culture 2017. Prior to this, Elli was Communications Officer for the Diocese of York from 2009 to 2016, and lives in York with her husband Paul.
