Much as we love each other and proclaim our unity, sometimes as groups, PCCs, churches and even just as individuals we run into squabbles that can feel insurmountable. This day event will introduce some of the pinciples of mediation, which looks at a problem-solving approach to conflicts that can help us to move forward together. Mark is a qualified and experience mediator and will facilitate a practical exploration of the tools he has used for over 15 years.
