The world is full of images, and the use of smart phones and digital cameras make photography more accessible as an art form than it has ever been. With that in mind, it’s easier than ever to capture the beauty of God’s creation through photographs. Can this inspire our worship? Does our image-centric culture benefit our relationships with Jesus or not? Come along and explore how to use your camera to explore being creative in our worship.
Thom is the Head of Worship and Creativity at St Michael le Belfrey in York - and we have seen his photography in the Wydale programme and website for several years. This practical day will provide the opportunity to slow down, get outside into the beautiful grounds of Wydale and create some images, so bring your camera (digital, film, smartphone…all more than welcome!)
